Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of $4.99 is applied to all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in accordance with the daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM (GMT -05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders received before this time are typically processed on the same business day, while those received after are processed on the following business day. Processing and handling are completed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Following dispatch, shipments are generally delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations. The total estimated delivery timeframe is 4–7 business days.

Shipping Carriers

Deliveries are fulfilled through recognized carriers, including FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL. Carrier selection is determined based on logistical considerations and delivery location.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accommodated once processing has commenced.

Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking capability. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch to allow customers to monitor the status of their delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of shipping information at the time of purchase. Zarai Imports is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment of returned orders.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers are advised to contact us promptly. Each case will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with carrier policies and internal procedures.
